Maninder Manic is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 25 years of experience in the field. She specialises in the assessment and diagnosis of Specific Learning Differences, including Dyslexia, and provides in-depth screening for a wide range of neurodivergent profiles such as ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia and Dysgraphia. Working with individuals aged 16 and above, she offers both in-person and online assessments, combining clinical expertise with a compassionate, strengths-based approach. Her goal is to help clients better understand their cognitive profile and access the support they need to thrive in education or the workplace. She is HCPC-registered and a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society.

Amanda Merrill-Skelton is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 25 years of experience in assessment, development, and supporting neurodivergent individuals in education and the workplace. She specialises in diagnosing Specific Learning Differences such as Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, ADHD, and Autism in students aged 16+ within further and higher education. Alongside diagnostic work, Amanda also supports students as a Study Skills Tutor, helping them build lifelong learning strategies to enhance their independence and academic success. Her background in occupational psychology and psychometric testing brings a valuable perspective to inclusive recruitment and development practices. Amanda is HCPC-registered, a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society, and an Associate Member of PATOSS.
